About the Role

You will manage calendars, meetings, travel, logistics, expenses, documentation, and communications for sales leadership. You will improve processes, support special projects and events, and communicate confidentially with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or equivalent experience
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Stakeholder relationship-management experience
  • Based in the Eastern timezone

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales leadership schedules, calendars, meetings, and commitments
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and supporting documentation
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, logistics, and expense reconciliation
  • Identify process improvements and proactively support leadership productivity
  • Support special projects, team events, offsites, and community-building activities
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders confidentially
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and format leadership communications
