About the Role

You will manage calendars, meetings, travel, logistics, expenses, documentation, and communications for Communications and Marketing leadership. You will identify process improvements, proactively support leadership productivity, coordinate special projects and events, and handle stakeholder communications confidentially.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or equivalent experience
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
  • Ability to proactively anticipate and address needs
  • Flexibility and problem-solving ability for schedule prioritization
  • Based in the Eastern timezone

Responsibilities

  • Manage leadership schedules, calendars, meetings, and commitments
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and supporting documentation
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, logistics, and expense reconciliation
  • Identify process improvements and proactively support leadership productivity
  • Support special projects, team events, offsites, and community-building activities
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders confidentially
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and format leadership communications
