About the Role
You will support the day-to-day operational processes behind trading activity. You will reconcile activity, balances, and fees; maintain security data; build data models and tools; improve and automate workflows; support derivative operations; and translate operational requirements into scalable systems with technical partners.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program
- Work independently and stay organized across multiple workstreams
- Understand operational workflows and translate them into requirements for technical partners
- Use technology to work with structured information, build checks, and improve repeatable processes
- Have SQL experience as a plus
Responsibilities
- Reconcile trading activity, balances, and fees and identify and resolve discrepancies
- Build and maintain data models and lightweight tools for Operations data using SQL, AI tools, and other technology
- Identify, prototype, and automate operational workflow improvements
- Partner with Software to translate operational context into scalable systems
- Maintain accurate security master data across systems
- Support derivative operations through data-quality checks and process improvements
- Own team administrative work, including meeting documentation, procedure upkeep, and industry-topic presentations
- Expand into additional Operations areas
