About the Role

You will support 24x7 product operations by reconciling positions and balances, monitoring trading and settlement activity, resolving exceptions, and ensuring timely crypto and fiat settlement. You will record transactions accurately, document operational flows, and identify opportunities to automate or streamline manual processes.

Requirements

Willingness to work weekend and holiday shifts as required
Hands-on operations, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation experience
Experience monitoring venues and systems in real time
Understanding of accounting principles
Experience implementing off-the-shelf and in-house solutions
Understanding of markets and instruments, including cleared, OTC, crypto, and derivatives
SQL experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds
Reconcile positions and balances across business operations
Monitor intraday trading and settlement activity
Respond to market activity, exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues
Record transactions accurately in systems of record
Document finance operational flows
Identify processes for automation or streamlining
