About the Role

You will lead sales and client service initiatives for investment management strategies across the intermediary channel. You will build and maintain relationships with financial intermediaries, generate and close sales opportunities, deliver client presentations, track client activity, and mentor Regional Associates and Regional Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• 8+ years of investment product sales experience.
• SIE Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses; must be obtained within 90 days of start if not already held.
• Strong sales and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of investment products and positioning for different audiences.
• Sustained superior sales production record.
• Ability to build working relationships and coach less experienced team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on competitive landscape and client base trends.
• Collaborate with the Head of Intermediary Distribution to set sales goals and objectives.
• Build relationships with key financial intermediaries.
• Generate sales through direct calling, networking, and negotiation.
• Develop expertise in investment products and serve as a technical resource.
• Cultivate internal relationships to surface leads and gain client endorsements.
• Mentor Regional Associates and Regional Directors on sales opportunities.
• Create and deliver client presentations on investment management products.
• Document client meetings and calling activity and assess opportunities for improvement.
