About the Role
You will lead hiring for commercial roles and business operations functions. You will define role requirements and competency maps, build candidate messaging, analyze talent competitors, develop an understanding of business operations, and manage offers and candidate closing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for GTM or G&A roles
- Knowledge of sales models and finance functions
- Candidate closing experience
- Experience hiring first-of-kind roles
- Experience using AI tools for sourcing, research, and market mapping
Responsibilities
- Lead hiring for account executives, sales engineers, and marketing roles
- Lead hiring for finance, legal, IT, supply chain, facilities, and program management roles
- Develop an understanding of the business, customers, deals, unit economics, and working capital
- Define role clarity and success criteria before opening requisitions
- Build candidate messaging for commercial roles
- Conduct talent competitor analysis
- Manage offers and candidate closing
- Create competency maps for commercial roles
