About the Role
You will manage proposal and business-development deliverables, lead proposal execution from pre-RFP planning through closeout, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and improve proposal processes and tools. You will also support customer briefings, presentations, meetings, demonstrations, and go-to-market events.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of U.S. federal or international government proposal development or business development operations experience
- Alternatively, 3+ years working with U.S. federal or international government requirements
- Experience with proposal methodologies, compliance matrices, and project management tools
- Leadership experience
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas orally and in writing
- Fluency in Mandarin and ability to read and write traditional Chinese
Responsibilities
- Manage proposal and related deliverable development
- Lead end-to-end proposal execution from pre-RFP planning through closeout
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver compliant submissions on schedule
- Improve proposal processes, tools, templates, and best practices
- Mentor proposal contributors
- Develop customer briefings and presentations
- Support customer meetings, demonstrations, and go-to-market events
