You will build and manage paid marketing across social, search, and display channels. You will use AI to personalize campaigns, execute account-based marketing for enterprise accounts, support sales cycles, optimize targeting and budgets, report business impact, and manage agencies and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of paid marketing experience, including account-based marketing and enterprise campaigns
• Experience using AI to personalize or scale marketing programs
• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles
• Experience working with marketing, sales, and product teams
• Google Ads

Responsibilities

• Build and manage paid marketing programs across social, search, and display channels
• Use AI tools to personalize and scale campaigns
• Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies for enterprise accounts
• Partner with sales to support enterprise sales cycles
• Align paid media with brand, content, and lifecycle initiatives
• Optimize targeting, bidding, and budget allocation
• Analyze campaign performance and report ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact
• Manage agency and vendor relationships
