About the Role

You will own the US field event calendar and execute sales-driven events from planning through follow-up. You will coordinate with sales and marketing, manage event logistics and CRM data, create event communications, measure pipeline performance, and travel regularly across the United States.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of B2B demand generation or field marketing experience
  • Event pipeline generation
  • Project management
  • HubSpot or equivalent CRM
  • Account-based marketing
  • US travel availability
  • San Francisco or New York location

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the US field event calendar
  • Evaluate events and conduct discovery calls before commitments
  • Partner on cross-territory events and share best practices
  • Negotiate with event vendors and venues
  • Design and execute pre-event, event, and post-event playbooks
  • Track leads, update HubSpot, and report event performance
  • Coordinate account targeting, outreach, and event briefings with SDRs and AEs
  • Manage event logistics, including venues, catering, speakers, materials, and onsite coordination
  • Travel to US events regularly
  • Create event emails, LinkedIn posts, event pages, and one-pagers
  • Report event ROI and run retrospectives
