About the Role

You will build and run field marketing programs from strategy through reporting. You will manage budgets, vendors, contracts, promotion, attendee experiences, and onsite execution. You will partner with Sales on targeting and follow-up, measure pipeline and ROI, optimize investments, develop scalable playbooks, and support executive programs.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B field marketing, regional marketing, event marketing, or integrated campaign experience
  • Experience owning field programs from strategy through execution and measurement
  • Experience managing 8–10+ concurrent programs per quarter
  • Understanding of pipeline, revenue attribution, conversion, and event ROI
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales on account targeting, program strategy, and follow-up
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and competing priorities
  • Based in the Eastern or Central United States
  • Ability to travel approximately 20–30%

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute field marketing programs aligned to regional sales priorities, target accounts, and pipeline goals
  • Set program KPIs and measure sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion, and ROI
  • Partner with Sales on account targeting, attendance, meetings, follow-up, and opportunity acceleration
  • Manage 8–10+ programs per quarter
  • Manage program strategy, budgets, vendors, contracts, promotion, attendee experience, onsite execution, and post-event reporting
  • Evaluate performance, forecast spend, and optimize program investments
  • Build integrated campaigns with Demand Generation, Digital, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales
  • Develop scalable field marketing processes and workflows
  • Support executive messaging, speaker preparation, customer engagement, and executive experiences
