About the Role
You develop and manage strategic Web3 partnerships, advise on product and user experience strategies, activate external content and community channels, and own partner lifecycles from sourcing through renewal. You represent the role at industry events and work with compliance and legal partners to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of channel partnerships experience
- Experience in traditional finance, fintech, brokerage, crypto exchange, or retail business preferred
- Verifiable network of content and community partners related to Web3 businesses
- Deep understanding of Web3 technology, industry trends, and asset types
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Ability to design partnership incentive structures
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English
- Analytical foundation with funnel diagnostics and ROI modeling
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships for Web3 businesses globally
- Advise on strategies and product enhancements for broad user journeys
- Activate and manage external content platforms, communities, and channels
- Own the full lifecycle of high-value channel partners
- Source, structure, contract, activate, track, and renew partnerships
- Represent the role at global industry events and finance conferences
- Work with Compliance and Legal to meet local regulatory requirements
