About the Role
Develop global partnerships with token projects, tokenization platforms, and on-chain ecosystems; evaluate and negotiate collaborations, manage projects and relationships, expand the X Layer ecosystem, support new initiatives, maintain due diligence and compliance standards, and translate market research into strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, launch or growth platforms, venture investment, or partnership management within crypto or traditional finance

Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate collaboration opportunities with Web3 projects and RWA partners
- Manage projects and relationships end to end
- Coordinate with internal teams on ecosystem opportunities
- Drive X Layer ecosystem growth
- Build collaborations and oversee partner deployments
- Develop activation programs and campaigns
- Explore and launch new collaboration initiatives
- Work with Product, Operations, and Legal to build processes
- Maintain project quality, due diligence, and compliance standards
- Research competitor activity and global market trends
- Translate research findings into strategy and new initiatives
