About the Role

Engage directly with consulting firms and system integrators to source and manage strategic channel partnerships, qualify partner-sourced deals, drive approvals, support integrations, respond to RFPs, represent Stellar at events, develop partner enablement materials, set geographic priorities, and monitor institutional adoption.

Requirements

3+ years of business development or founder experience, especially in technical industries
Experience closing complex enterprise-scale finance or fintech deals internationally
Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
Experience with stakeholders and reseller-type partners
Ability to participate actively in cross-functional projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, financial inclusion, and the Stellar network
Engineering background or strong technical grasp of blockchain technology
Track record of seeing projects through and communicating outcomes clearly

Responsibilities

Source new and manage existing relationships with strategic channel partners
Qualify partner-sourced deals and drive internal approval processes
Support and coordinate technical and operational integration processes
Close large transformational consulting partnerships
Advocate for partners and drive internal initiatives
Collaborate with grants, community, and marketing teams to launch partner programs
Respond to partner RFPs
Represent Stellar at industry venues and organize representation
Develop partner-facing educational materials and landing pages
Monitor blockchain adoption by large institutions
Set geographical priorities for partner efforts
