About the Role

You will develop and execute an integrated go-to-market plan for the UKI region. You will partner with sales leaders and EMEA GTM teams, manage a Field Marketing Specialist, run account-based campaigns, analyse campaign performance, report at quarterly business reviews, and manage marketing budgets and procurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of experience in a senior field marketing role
  • Experience in the IT industry, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and techniques
  • Working knowledge of SFDC and Marketo
  • Relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Written and verbal English communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategic regional approach with UKI leadership and Northern Europe field marketing leadership
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver the regional go-to-market vision
  • Execute the UKI marketing plan against defined success metrics
  • Manage the day-to-day activities and development of the Field Marketing Specialist
  • Review and refine GTM tactics for strategic accounts
  • Create and execute vertical- and use-case-led GTM plans and account-based marketing programmes
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide feedback and next steps
  • Report successes, strategies and tactics at quarterly business reviews
  • Manage budget, procurement, auditing and spend accountability
