About the Role
Own day-to-day administration, configuration, integration, and support of Salesforce and Crusoe’s broader go-to-market technology stack, including support intake, roadmap planning, automation, data flows, tool onboarding, access governance, compliance reviews, stakeholder requirements, and AI connector initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on enterprise systems experience.
- Significant Salesforce administration experience.
- Experience with GTM tools such as Marketo, Ironclad, Apollo, Common Room, Qualified, Gong, Momentum, or Zendesk.
- Hands-on integration experience, including debugging Workato recipes and tracing GCP/BigQuery and Sigma data flows.
- SOQL proficiency and ability to trace record-level data flows.
- Familiarity with Okta, Lumos, Vanta, or comparable identity and compliance tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to triage requests, communicate SLAs, and manage shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, integrate, and support Salesforce and the GTM technology stack.
- Run the Salesforce support intake channel, bi-weekly sprint cadence, issues backlog, and roadmap planning.
- Build and test Salesforce flows, validation rules, approval processes, and workflow automations.
- Partner with Marketo and Zendesk administrators on integration health, field mappings, data validation, and change management.
- Support cross-system processes across Ironclad, GCP/BigQuery, Salesforce, Marketo, Stripe, Sage Intacct, and internal systems.
- Partner with Security, IT, and Systems Engineering on Okta SSO, access governance, and compliance reviews.
- Gather requirements, conduct regression testing, and provide post-deployment enablement.
- Test MCP connectors, validate agent behavior, and develop connectors.
