About the Role
Work alongside the French GM as the operating partner for the regional go-to-market organization, managing revenue cadences, reporting quality, territory and capacity models, executive communications, cross-functional projects, and automation.
Requirements
- Experience building agents, skills, or automations
- Experience with GTM tooling such as Clay, sequencing tools, Salesforce, SQL, APIs, and webhooks
- Ability to model quota, coverage, pipeline, and consumption ramp
- Enterprise GTM experience with procurement-heavy sales cycles
- Experience with MEDDPICC or an equivalent methodology
- Native-level French
- Fluent professional English
- Low ego and high ownership
Responsibilities
- Run weekly pipeline inspections, monthly business reviews, and QBRs
- Maintain clean and reconstructable revenue data
- Build territory and capacity models
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and BigQuery reporting
- Define local signals, target lists, event audiences, and campaign execution
- Prepare board and EMEA updates, QBR content, all-hands materials, and executive briefings
- Surface signals early and prepare the GM for key decisions
- Manage onboarding, enablement, partner attribution, and other orphan projects
- Automate recurring manual processes using agents, skills, or pipelines
