About the Role

Provide in-person IT support at the San Francisco office, resolve tickets, administer core SaaS applications and identity systems, manage application portfolios and renewals, build automations, maintain hardware inventory, support conference-room AV, and document technical processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of technical experience in an enterprise-size organization
  • Hands-on experience in on-site IT support and SaaS administration
  • Knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and modern SaaS tools
  • Understanding of user lifecycle management, identity and access management, and least privilege
  • Experience with SSO and SCIM provisioning
  • Experience building integrations or automations across SaaS platforms
  • Experience managing SaaS portfolios, licenses, and vendor renewals
  • Experience with deskside support and ticket resolution
  • Endpoint, AV, inventory, scripting, and automation experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person support at the San Francisco office five days per week
  • Provide L4 IT support and resolve IT tickets end to end
  • Handle advanced troubleshooting and internal escalations
  • Triage support requests and improve SLAs
  • Direct and review AI support-agent workflow runs
  • Manage application onboarding and offboarding
  • Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and other SaaS tools
  • Manage application portfolios, licenses, and renewals
  • Build integrations and automations
  • Manage hardware inventory and procurement coordination
  • Support conference-room AV reliability
  • Perform audits and drive remediation
  • Create technical and user-facing documentation
