About the Role
You will support complex commercial transactions across regional markets from approval through order booking. You will validate configurations, pricing, and terms, troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ issues, manage workflows, improve Quote-to-Cash processes, support testing and automation, and create operational documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
- Experience supporting complex SaaS commercial transactions
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and NetSuite ERP
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience identifying process improvements
- Experience supporting quarter-end or year-end operational activities
Responsibilities
- Support complex commercial transactions across regional markets
- Review sales opportunities for operational readiness
- Validate product configurations, pricing, commercial terms, and booking requirements
- Resolve operational issues affecting order execution
- Manage approval workflows
- Support Quote-to-Cash processes through order booking
- Maintain order quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ quoting, approval, pricing, configuration, and order-processing issues
- Investigate quote calculations, product rules, price rules, and approval workflows
- Implement process and system improvements with Business Systems
- Support user acceptance testing for Salesforce and CPQ enhancements
- Develop knowledge articles
- Recommend improvements to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and operational workflows
- Contribute to automation and reporting improvements
