About the Role

You support Health Insurance Sales by building reports, dashboards, forecasts, AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows. You manage sales operations, improve data quality, administer territories and accounts, support quota planning, and solve reporting and process issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical GTM role
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency
  • Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards, SQL, Tableau or Looker, and Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and territory or quota planning
  • Ability to evaluate AI and automation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • First-principles problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting fast-changing sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Build, automate, and maintain sales reports and dashboards
  • Produce operational reporting, revenue insights, and forecasting models
  • Own metric definitions and data accuracy
  • Identify and prototype AI and automation tools
  • Embed AI into sales workflows
  • Lead AI and automation projects
  • Improve sales processes and automation
  • Document processes and build playbooks
  • Provide day-to-day support to sales leadership and representatives
  • Manage account and territory administration
  • Support territory, quota, and coverage planning
  • Reconcile monthly sales compensation
  • Troubleshoot reporting, workflow, CRM, and pipeline issues
  • Translate sales challenges into business requirements
