About the Role
You will run EMEA onboarding cohorts and locally deliver bootcamps. You will adapt materials to regional contexts, track completion and ramp metrics, execute global enablement initiatives, maintain regional data in Highspot and the LMS, prepare business reviews, deliver EMEA programs, and serve as the regional enablement contact.

Responsibilities
- Run onboarding cohorts for EMEA GTM hires
- Deliver EMEA bootcamps in regional hours
- Adapt onboarding materials for local contexts
- Track attendance, completion, and ramp metrics
- Execute global enablement initiatives in EMEA
- Escalate scheduling conflicts, capacity limits, and regional blockers
- Maintain EMEA content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and the LMS
- Prepare and deliver enablement components of quarterly business reviews
- Deliver WAVE Europe and other EMEA programs
- Own attendee readiness and regional pre-work for GKO
- Act as the first enablement contact for EMEA representatives and managers
- Report regional program status and escalate risks
