About the Role
You will lead and develop a customer-facing Solutions Architecture organization across the United States and Canada. You will own strategic technical outcomes, partner with sales on enterprise pursuits, define the regional operating model, guide secure enterprise AI deployments, and shape product direction through market and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture
- 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing technical teams
- Experience influencing strategic enterprise deals and articulating business value
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, retrieval, enterprise integrations, cloud, hybrid and on-premises deployments, security, and governance
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in regulated or large-scale environments
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop the Americas Solutions Architecture team
- Own technical outcomes for strategic enterprise pursuits
- Partner with Sales to pursue and close strategic opportunities
- Define the regional vision, strategy, coverage model, and operating model
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations, and technical deep dives
- Develop business cases, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and technical proposals
- Guide deployment of secure and scalable enterprise AI solutions
- Create repeatable solution assets, industry playbooks, and best practices
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
- Report on technical win rates, pipeline health, coverage, and team performance
