About the Role
You will initially work hands-on as an individual contributor, then manage and grow an engineering team. You will build reliable AI agents, guide their full lifecycle from pilot through deployment, work directly with customers, and translate customer needs into platform priorities.

Responsibilities
- Build and deliver production-grade AI agents
- Operate as an individual contributor during the first three to six months

- Partner with enterprise customers and startups to solve business challenges
- Surface unmet needs and shape platform initiatives
