About the Role
You will lead and mentor Web developers building core trading interfaces. You will collaborate with traders and stakeholders to set priorities and roadmaps, guide architecture and UI/UX practices, ensure quality and scalability, and turn complex trading needs into actionable development plans.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional web development experience
- Strong understanding of software and user interface design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background in finance or trading systems, with options experience preferred
- Experience with high-performance or real-time systems
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to rapidly changing market conditions and solve math and coding problems
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Web developers supporting web applications
- Collaborate with traders and stakeholders to define project priorities and roadmap
- Guide architecture, UI/UX design, and development best practices using TypeScript, React, and Python
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and operational excellence
- Translate complex trading requirements into actionable development plans
