About the Role
You will lead end-to-end AI-agent deployments for enterprise customers and build the delivery organization, operating rhythms, and playbooks that scale execution. You will manage and develop Agent Builders, partner with executive customer stakeholders, resolve escalations, establish evaluation and guardrail practices, and influence platform priorities through deployment insights.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
- 5+ years of people-management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team building
- Technical foundation in APIs, integrations, and complex systems
- Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions with testing, validation, and iteration
- Ability to communicate with senior technical stakeholders and translate requirements into execution plans
- Ability to operate in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI-agent deployments from scoping through launch and iteration
- Build, lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of Agent Builders
- Establish delivery planning, reviews, retrospectives, capacity planning, and forecasting
- Define success criteria and delivery plans with customer executives and technical stakeholders
- Lead escalations and unblock cross-functional teams
- Translate customer needs into internal documentation and execution plans
- Standardize delivery methodologies, quality standards, launch checklists, and iteration loops
- Establish evaluation and guardrail practices for compliant agent performance
- Improve tooling and processes to reduce launch time and increase reliability
- Identify platform gaps and drive prioritization with Engineering and Product
