About the Role

You will define the business systems strategy, architecture, and roadmap. You will lead enterprise application governance, integrations, data ownership, AI tooling, process automation, transformation programs, vendor management, and a Business Systems organization. You will establish secure, scalable systems and measurable operational improvements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, IT, Business Technology, or related functions
• 5+ years leading teams
• Experience owning enterprise application portfolios and transformation initiatives
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, or billing platforms
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, APIs, workflow automation, identity, data governance, and SaaS operating models
• Experience integrating AI tools into enterprise applications and workflows
• Program management and change management skills
• Experience managing vendors and technology budgets

• Evaluate, integrate, consolidate, or retire systems
• Develop architecture, integration, data ownership, and automation standards
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and AI-enabled capabilities
• Own critical business applications
• Improve business-system reliability, usability, scalability, and adoption
• Redesign workflows and automate manual processes
• Create an enterprise application integration strategy
• Establish data governance and systems of record
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs
• Build and lead a Business Systems organization
• Manage enterprise software and services investments
