About the Role

You will lead the NSW South territory by developing account plans and delivering sales objectives. You will expand referral networks, build customer relationships, train treatment-centre clinicians and staff, communicate technical information, and implement a key account management strategy for Mood treatment.

Requirements

Tertiary degree or equivalent
Previous psychiatry experience
Successful sales experience selling to specialists and other stakeholders
Business acumen and key account management experience
Ability to identify customer needs, act on insights, and adapt sales approaches
Competitor awareness

Responsibilities

Build and expand referral networks
Achieve territory and state sales and activity goals
Deliver Mood sales objectives through cross-functional collaboration
Build and maintain relationships with target customers
Train and certify clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, and treatment centres
Communicate technical information to key customers
Implement a key account management strategy to grow the Mood business
Develop tactical account plans for the NSW South territory
