About the Role
Own enterprise sales for Adyen's largest merchants, drive innovation across retail, digital, platforms, and financial services, sell financial solutions, partner with technology leaders, and collaborate with support and implementation teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling complex solutions in an enterprise sales role
- Experience selling into retail, hospitality, e-commerce, gaming, or another consumer-centric payments industry
- Fluency in Japanese
- Business-level English
- Experience working with large banking institutions
- Ability to negotiate strategically and consultatively
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting through closing enterprise deals
- Drive innovation for merchants in retail, digital, platforms, and financial services
- Sell Adyen financial solutions
- Partner with technology leaders and solution providers
- Collaborate with Sales Support, Implementation, and Account Management teams
- Travel and network approximately 25% of the time
