About the Role

You will support the identification and prospecting of new regional clients, including miners, mining farms, and crypto-related businesses, under the guidance of senior team members. You will help build and maintain client relationships, learn about their needs, and assist in providing tailored solutions for mining equipment and operations. You will participate in executing regional sales strategies to help achieve team sales targets for mining rigs, and you will learn to negotiate sales terms and assist in closing deals to support revenue growth. You will conduct research on global power resources such as hydro, solar, and wind in key mining regions to support client mining projects, collaborating with team members and external partners to gather information on power availability, cost, and regulations. You will develop your understanding of crypto-mining market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes through training and mentorship, and assist in preparing regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights. You will also work with internal teams such as product, operations, and customer support to facilitate order fulfillment and client satisfaction, and coordinate with finance and other departments to support client billing and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing Electrical Engineering Finance or a related field
  • New graduates are welcome
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in Bitcoin mining blockchain technology and energy markets
  • Any academic or internship experience related to energy sourcing crypto sales or international business is a plus
  • Strong willingness to learn sales negotiation and client relationship management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Knowledge of Cantonese Japanese or Korean is a strong advantage
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn CRM tools
  • Openness to occasional domestic and international travel approximately 20 to 30 percent
