About the Role
Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, operators, and decision-makers, identify hospitality opportunities, present payment and POS solutions, and manage the sales process from needs assessment through contract.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality or hotel solutions.
- Become a trusted advisor to hospitality operators evaluating modern technology.
- Strong understanding of hotel operating systems and payment technology is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of hospitality prospects through needs assessments and product presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support implementation and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and monitor competitive products and market trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
