About the Role
You will build and maintain sales enablement programs, content, processes, and reporting. You will support Challenger methodology adoption, create learning materials and sales assets, document workflows, improve handoffs, and analyze content and sales activity data to refine enablement strategy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related go-to-market role.
- Experience with enablement platforms such as Spekit, Highspot, Guru, Lessonly, or Seismic.
- Familiarity with Challenger Sale or consultative sales frameworks such as MEDDPPIC, SPIN, or Sandler.
- Experience creating sales content, training materials, or process documentation.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, deal stages, and sales metrics.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or Notion AI.
- Strong Google Workspace skills.
- Experience with content-management systems and knowledge bases.
- Basic data-analysis, spreadsheet, pivot-table, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with video messaging, prospecting, and sales-engagement tools.
Responsibilities
- Champion the Challenger Sales methodology across the go-to-market organization.
- Design and deliver enablement programs for new hires and ongoing skill development.
- Create interactive learning experiences, role-play scenarios, objection-handling frameworks, and discovery-question libraries.
- Maintain the sales playbook.
- Build and curate a centralized sales-content library.
- Create process documentation, SOPs, guides, templates, and internal enablement content.
- Document sales and customer-success processes and identify improvements.
- Create process maps and workflows for handoffs, responsibilities, and success criteria.
- Measure enablement effectiveness, content utilization, engagement, process adherence, and deal outcomes.
- Create dashboards, reports, and recommendations on go-to-market effectiveness.
