About the Role

You'll join the EMEA Fireblocks sales team to drive growth for Fireblocks within the blockchain payments sector in the DACH region. As a key member of a leading blockchain and cybersecurity firm, you'll target PSP, Cross-Border, Remittances and various other payment providers, collaborating closely with regional sales teams, Sales Engineers, and the Payments product team. You'll meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, work with the BDR and GTM teams to generate and qualify leads, build strong relationships with prospects and customers, conduct prospecting and account planning, and keep the CRM up-to-date with accurate information.

Requirements

  • Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, selling into the Payments space
  • Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
  • Experience in formalising and supporting the co-sell motion in working with technology partners is preferred
  • Track record of over-achievement in an enterprise sales position
  • Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
  • A willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities
  • Thrives in a team-selling environment

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM teams to generate and qualify leads
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Conduct prospecting, territory, and account planning to identify new opportunities
  • Keep the Fireblocks CRM up-to-date with accurate account and pipeline information
