About the Role
You'll play a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity field. You'll own a book of enterprise accounts across the US, working closely with Sales Engineers and Business Leaders to drive complex, high value deals. You'll consistently work toward revenue targets, sell multiple product lines into banks, credit unions and financial services institutions, collaborate with BDRs, Business Solutions and GTM teams, and build lasting relationships with prospects and customers.
Requirements
- Experience selling within the Financial Services industry to line-of-business executives
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, with a track record selling into banks, credit unions, or financial services institutions
- Strong technical baseline understanding of modern SaaS application architectures, including APIs, and distributed applications
- Proven track record of selling into CIO, CTO, architecture, and platform engineering and shared services teams
- Working knowledge of financial services infrastructure, custody, trust operations, treasury, compliance, or core banking systems
- Ability to co-sell and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles alongside core account teams
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in highly competitive markets
- Ability to translate complex technical platform capabilities into tangible business value for both executives and developers
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Sell multiple product lines into banks, credit unions and financial services institutions
- Work closely with Fireblocks BDRs, Business Solutions and GTM Team
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
- Conduct prospecting, territory, and account planning
- Update and maintain the Fireblocks CRM
