About the Role
Own and scale enterprise revenue across EMEA, drive new logo acquisition, manage strategic accounts, lead complex sales cycles, define go-to-market strategy, influence product direction, and oversee pipeline forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing complex, high-ACV deals in EMEA.
- Experience selling technical or infrastructure products, ideally in fintech, crypto, security, payments, or regulated environments.
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, and engineering teams.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate complex technology into business value.
- High ownership, autonomy, and execution mindset in a fast-growing startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise sales motion across EMEA, driving new business, managing strategic accounts, and closing high-value deals.
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level executives, security, compliance, and technical buyers.
- Build and execute a regional go-to-market strategy with Marketing and Leadership, identifying priority markets, ICPs, and verticals.
- Develop executive relationships with customers and partners.
- Provide market feedback to Product and Product Marketing and influence roadmap priorities and messaging.
- Own pipeline forecasting and revenue targets while maintaining deal qualification, CRM hygiene, and reporting.
