Cryptopay provides a platform to manage, spend, and withdraw over 40 cryptocurrencies across more than 10 blockchains. Users can spend assets anywhere Visa is accepted with the Cryptopay Debit Card, which comes in both plastic and virtual forms. The service allows for converting and cashing out crypto to EUR with seamless SEPA transfers, buying crypto with SEPA bank transfers, and sending crypto to others (free for Cryptopay-to-Cryptopay transfers). The platform includes a crypto and fiat wallet, ensuring security through integrations with multiple exchanges, BitGo, and Fireblocks. The Cryptopay Visa debit card is issued by DiPocket UAB in the EU. The service is operated by several entities, including CPS Solutions OÜ in Estonia (licensed for virtual currency services), UAB CPS Payments in Lithuania (Virtual Currency Exchange Operator), and CPS Transfers Limited in the UK (registered as a Small Payment Institution by the FCA).

About the Role

You will build and maintain a high-volume outbound pipeline, research target companies and decision-makers, and execute daily outreach. You will strictly use Salesforce as the single source of truth, upload and track leads, pre-qualify prospects, and schedule demo meetings. You will run multi-step follow-ups, handle written objections, iterate messaging based on results, and participate in regular syncs to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales lead generation or SDR roles
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (mandatory)
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with outbound and prospecting tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • B2B SaaS experience (payments or fintech is a strong advantage)
  • Ability to work with large volumes of outreach
  • Strong written communication skills
  • High level of discipline and process thinking
  • English working proficiency
  • Russian is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Pre-qualify leads before handing them to the Sales Manager
  • Schedule demo meetings for the Sales team
  • Follow structured outreach and multi-step follow-up sequences
  • Handle written objections and iterate messaging based on results
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and participate in daily or weekly syncs
