About the Role
You will manage regional proposal operations from question interpretation through final delivery. You will coordinate RFPs, RFIs, ITQs, and questionnaires, develop targeted responses, maintain the content library, manage review cycles, collaborate with commercial and technical stakeholders, and track multiple projects against deadlines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in proposal management RFP response or a similar B2B SaaS role
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop clear concise and compelling value messages
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to learn complex technical products and translate functionality into business value
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Product and Technical teams
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with proposal management tools
- 1+ years of treasury financial services or enterprise SaaS experience is preferred
- Experience with Loopio or similar RFP platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
- Technical writing competitive intelligence or product marketing experience is preferred
- French German Italian or Spanish proficiency is preferred

- Execute response workflows and delegate questions
- Track projects and manage Loopio content
- Format responses and communicate with stakeholders
- Interpret questions and create targeted responses
- Maintain and expand the response library
- Ensure consistent grammar voice style and brand alignment
- Manage response review cycles
- Adapt content to product functionality industry trends and competitive dynamics
- Collaborate with Sales Implementation Product Compliance and subject matter experts
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
