About the Role
Originate and grow a book of high-net-worth clients and family offices for a digital asset wealth platform. Manage client and intermediary relationships, deliver tailored financial solutions across trading, structured products and lending, coordinate onboarding with compliance and operations, and provide white-glove service.
Requirements
- 5-15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, or institutional/crypto financial services.
- Demonstrated success growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products, with digital asset familiarity.
- Ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive approach.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin and Arabic are valued.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients, family offices, and private wealth channels.
- Cultivate partnerships with distribution partners and intermediaries to drive AUM growth.
- Lead prospect and client meetings and communicate the company value proposition.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending.
- Collaborate with marketing to attract and activate clients.
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing relationship management with compliance, legal, and operations.
- Deliver white-glove service to private clients and family offices.
- Track KPIs including clients, revenue, assets on platform, and net new money.
