About the Role
You will proactively acquire credit-card and other banking business through selected corporate offices and bank branches. You will help customers complete applications, explain product features, deliver customer service, manage the application process efficiently, and conduct sales in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in banking or financial institutions
- Sales or customer-service experience preferred
- Sales acumen
- Communication skills
- Awareness of compliance and company guidelines
- Written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency
- Professional Banker qualification from the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers preferred
Responsibilities
- Acquire credit-card and other banking business through corporate offices and bank branches
- Assist customers with credit-card applications and required documents
- Explain credit-card features and banking products to potential customers
- Deliver customer service
