About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of clients, build trusted long-term relationships, and identify their financial needs. You will recommend suitable financial solutions, introduce clients to digital banking services, carry out cash transactions, and complete related administration.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Have basic knowledge of banking products.
- Have completed secondary education with a school-leaving examination.
- Be willing to learn, sell, and work with cash.
- Have basic analytical thinking and computer skills.
- Know MS Word and MS Excel.
- English is an advantage.
- Banking experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Contact clients by phone, online, and in person.
- Identify client needs and recommend financial solutions.
- Help clients use the bank's digital services.
- Perform cash and routine cashier operations.
- Complete administration related to client service and portfolio management.
