About the Role
You will build relationships with prospective and existing individual-banking clients and present relevant products and services. You will create individual client plans, analyse client needs and creditworthiness, support lending discussions, monitor satisfaction, and help attract new clients.
Requirements
- Have a university degree in economics.
- Have at least two years of sales and client-service experience.
- Have very good English proficiency.
- Have excellent computer literacy.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Work toward commercial targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with prospective and existing individual-banking clients.
- Present banking products and services.
- Maintain contact with existing clients and inform them about relevant products.
- Develop individual client plans.
- Analyse client needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction across your portfolio.
- Participate in the lending process and discuss lending terms.
- Analyse client creditworthiness.
- Support initiatives to attract new clients.
