About the Role
You will lead the UKI sales function, drive revenue growth, develop go-to-market and sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships. You will manage and coach the enterprise sales team, optimize sales processes, oversee forecasting and pipeline management, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior sales leadership role within the technology industry
- Experience managing large teams across a matrixed distributed go-to-market organization
- Experience selling to customers within $500M-$2B of ARR
- Proven record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and metrics
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Business acumen in sales operations, forecasting, and budget management
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales, sales enablement and operations, or customer success in software and technology
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise go-to-market strategy
- Lead and manage the UKI enterprise sales team
- Define sales strategies, tactics, and targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Align sales and marketing initiatives
- Develop lead generation, opportunity management, and pipeline processes
- Oversee sales forecasting, resource planning, and budget management
- Optimize sales tools, technologies, and systems
- Coach and mentor the enterprise sales team
- Monitor sales performance metrics
- Represent Ping Identity at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
