About the Role
You will develop real-estate strategies, financial models, market analyses, and executive recommendations. You will lead portfolio planning, oversee occupancy planning and lease administration, work with external advisers, identify optimization opportunities, and manage two direct reports.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive corporate real-estate strategy, portfolio-management, or real-estate-finance experience
- 3–5 years of people-management experience
- Experience developing and presenting real-estate strategies to executives
- Financial modeling skills including NPV, IRR, scenario analysis, and total cost of occupancy
- Expertise in market analysis, labor economics, competitive positioning, and location strategy
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- Experience managing complex portfolios across multiple geographies
Responsibilities
- Develop real-estate strategy documents and recommendations for executive leadership
- Lead portfolio planning, scenario modeling, market-entry decisions, and footprint optimization
- Create executive presentations and decision memos
- Conduct market, labor, competitive-positioning, and occupancy-cost analyses
- Build financial models for NPV, lease-versus-buy, and occupancy-cost decisions
- Partner on capital planning, budgets, and investment justification
- Oversee occupancy planning, demand forecasting, and lease administration
- Manage and develop two direct reports
- Identify consolidation, expansion, and repositioning opportunities
