About the Role
You will launch third-party sales channels in new markets and improve existing channel operations. You will design and implement commercial processes, coordinate cross-functional launch work, resolve blockers, define reporting, assess market opportunities, and communicate progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Sales operations, business operations, program management, or channel-related experience
- Commercial-process design and implementation experience
- Operational problem diagnosis and durable process-improvement delivery
- Cross-functional program management
- Commercial acumen
- Performance-data and financial-model analysis
- Market-entry or international-expansion experience
- Channel sales, partner programs, or indirect-distribution knowledge
- Commission, incentive, or partner-payout process experience
Responsibilities
- Scale early-stage third-party sales channels
- Diagnose channel breakdowns using performance data and partner feedback
- Design, document, and implement partner onboarding, deal registration, lead routing, escalation, and support processes
- Remove manual workarounds, bottlenecks, and dependencies
- Run end-to-end channel launches and market-readiness delivery
- Create market go-to-market plans for partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement
- Coordinate regulatory, legal, compliance, contracting, and due-diligence requirements
- Define channel operating workflows and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and resolve blockers
- Analyze pricing, commissions, incentives, markets, and competitor channel programs
