About the Role
You will partner with Account Executives to deliver proof-of-value projects from planning through final review. You will advise prospects on their use cases, support product conversion, coordinate technical issue resolution, and design custom workflows for live cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or analytical discipline with a 2:1 or above in the UK or GPA 3.5 or above in the US
- Interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Customer presentation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver to deadlines
- Time management and prioritisation skills
Responsibilities
- Work with Account Executives to deliver proof-of-value projects
- Manage live projects from planning through final review
- Support sales conversion as a product expert
- Understand prospect use cases requirements and needs
- Advise prospects during proof-of-value periods
- Coordinate technical issue resolution with Support and Technical Operations
- Design custom workflows and solutions for live cases
