About the Role
You will guide prospective customers through Proof of Value trials and help them apply the product to live projects and cases. You will work with Account Executives to plan, deliver, and review trials, understand each prospect’s requirements, and demonstrate relevant product value. You will also coordinate technical issue resolution and design tailored workflows and solutions for customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or analytical discipline with a 2:1 or above or GPA of 3.5 or above
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and present to audiences with varying knowledge levels
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving approach
- Ability to work to deadlines in an innovative, fast-paced environment
- Organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver successful Proof of Value trials and manage live projects from planning through final review
- Act as a product expert and support Account Executives in converting prospects
- Understand each prospect’s use cases, review requirements, and needs during Proof of Value trials
- Advise prospects on the product during Proof of Value trials
- Coordinate with Support and Technical Operations to resolve customer technical issues
- Design custom workflows and solutions for live cases
