About the Role
Own a core area of the M0 stablecoin infrastructure platform, setting product direction, partnering across engineering, design, leadership, and go-to-market, and scaling products within regulated environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience with a track record of impactful products.
- Demonstrated ability to scale product revenue and own commercial outcomes.
- Experience in payments, financial services, or regulated environments preferred.
- Strong technical fluency and systems thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical instincts and fluency with data.
- Curiosity about crypto, stablecoins, and the future of money, or ability to ramp quickly in complex domains.
Responsibilities
- Own a core product area from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and growth.
- Take products from inception to scale and own their commercial trajectory.
- Understand users and translate their needs into actionable product requirements.
- Partner with engineering on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and scoping.
- Ship within regulated and supervised environments while managing risks and constraints.
- Define success metrics and use data to drive prioritization.
- Align product launches with customer rollouts through go-to-market, sales, and partnership collaboration.
- Write specifications, strategy memos, customer updates, and launch narratives.
