About the Role
You will own and drive product strategy across DeFi and trading products. You will identify user needs, validate product ideas, define product specifications and success metrics, prioritize initiatives, analyze risks, allocate resources, and make product decisions using data, user feedback, and market insights. You will work with engineering, design, research, growth, marketing, and ecosystem stakeholders to ship and improve products, while balancing technical constraints, business goals, market dynamics, and protocol considerations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Significant experience in DeFi, crypto, Web3, fintech, or financial products
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, crypto markets, on-chain trading, liquidity, and trading mechanics
- Proven track record of owning and shipping products end-to-end
- Strong product sense
- Ability to turn complex technical or market problems into simple, actionable product solutions
- Comfort working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints and trade-offs
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to use data and user insights to drive product decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
- High level of ownership, curiosity, and ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment

- Develop strategies that drive product adoption, market awareness, and engagement
