About the Role
You will own the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App, helping users discover, understand, buy, sell, trade, and manage products. You will turn complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into intuitive workflows, define product strategy, prioritize opportunities, write requirements, and deliver measurable improvements. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of customer-facing products from concept through launch
- Track record of building and shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products
- Experience with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or sophisticated financial products
- Understanding of capital markets and financial product mechanics, including trading, order books, execution, settlement, and liquidity
- Hands-on familiarity with crypto and DeFi products and onchain financial primitives
- Analytical ability to define metrics, evaluate performance, and use data for prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including writing PRDs
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Availability during US hours
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer experience across the Ondo Finance App
- Define product strategy and prioritize customer-facing opportunities
- Translate financial and blockchain infrastructure into simple, intuitive product experiences
- Write clear product requirements and communicate tradeoffs
- Establish metrics and feedback loops for usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Use qualitative research and quantitative signals to inform prioritization
- Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration
- Coordinate execution with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Product leaders
- Build scalable core product experiences and patterns
