About the Role
You will identify high-potential TradingView customer segments and growth opportunities, validate hypotheses through research and experiments, and shape product roadmaps. You will lead go-to-market and partnership work, define product requirements for technical integrations, and own metrics for acquisition, conversion, retention, trading volume, and revenue.
Requirements
- Product management experience in trading, fintech, or digital assets
- Understanding of TradingView users, charts, indicators, watchlists, alerts, and trading workflows
- Growth strategy, customer segmentation, positioning, channel selection, and business-case skills
- Funnel, cohort, retention, and growth-experiment analysis skills
- Understanding of spot and derivatives products, fees, liquidity, execution quality, and account workflows
- Experience with API or third-party platform integrations
- English communication and cross-functional execution skills
- Current right to work in Hong Kong
- No requirement for visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Define growth strategy, business opportunities, and phased growth plans
- Research trader behavior and develop customer segments and conversion funnels
- Design experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation
- Drive go-to-market plans and TradingView ecosystem partnerships
- Translate validated opportunities into product roadmaps, PRDs, and acceptance criteria
- Lead API integration, testing, and launch work with engineering and TradingView teams
- Own growth, retention, trading volume, revenue, and experience-quality metrics
