About the Role
You will own product strategy and roadmaps for trading tools and Say, while leading cross-functional delivery of mobile experiences. You will use research, experimentation, and data to improve tools for active traders, grow shareholder engagement features, and partner with compliance, legal, and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 4+ years of product management experience building high-quality consumer mobile products.
- Experience using research, experimentation, and analytics for decision-making.
- Interest in markets and retail-investor trading and portfolio management.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in fintech, brokerage, or investing products is preferred.
- Active trader or investor experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and the roadmap for Trading Tools and Say.
- Lead engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality mobile products.
- Improve research and trading experiences through charts, watchlists, research, and the trading ladder.
- Grow shareholder Q&A and proxy-voting experiences.
- Use data, experimentation, and user research to make product decisions and measure results.
- Partner with compliance, legal, and operations on products involving shareholder rights and market data.
- Communicate priorities and results to engineering, design, and leadership.
