About the Role
You will own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport. You will build scalable identity-verification primitives and standards, design low-friction KYC journeys, and partner with internal teams to integrate a consistent identity layer. You will balance privacy, trust, user experience, and global compliance requirements while leading end-to-end delivery of measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience building or scaling identity verification, KYC, or onboarding products
- Background in fintech, ideally with Web3 exposure
- Experience with identity verification providers such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity
- Familiarity with KYC, KYB, customer due diligence, and compliance workflows
- Track record delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams
- Ability to work across technical systems and user experience
